About The Role

We are hiring a Billing Analyst based in our Bogotá office. In this role, you will join our all-star Operations team, working cross-functionally to support inbound invoice processing from our clients. This role will allow your excel and database skills to shine, as you will own a United States-based AUM (Assets Under Management) billing process while accurately processing over +850 invoices quarterly. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities will give you the opportunity to thrive within a US-style fintech work environment.

As a Billing Analyst, you will be a core part of improving and scaling the billing/revenue processes within a rapidly-growing organization. Additionally, your analytical and quantitative skills will be honed as you oversee US Monthly Retainer and Consulting Fee invoice issuing processes.

Required Education and Experience

  • B2 English proficiency in writing, listening, and speaking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or equivalent years of experience.
  • +2 years of experience in Billing, Accounting and/or Finance Roles.
  • +1 year of experience working in an in-house start-up environment, tech start-up experience preferred.
  • Previous involvement in admin, office management, and purchasing tasks.
